Terms of Service - RoadTipOff

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the RoadTipOff application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RoadTipOff is a community-powered mobile application that allows users to report road hazards observed on other vehicles and receive notifications about their own registered vehicles. The App is provided by AA General Solutions.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of reporting genuine road hazards. You must not:

Submit false, misleading, or malicious reports
Harass, stalk, or target other users through reports
Use the App while driving or in any manner that endangers yourself or others
Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal information
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App

5. Reports and Content

By submitting a report, you grant RoadTipOff a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the report content (including photos) within the App. You represent that any content you submit does not violate third-party rights.

6. Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through a monthly subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any reports submitted by users. RoadTipOff is not a substitute for regular vehicle maintenance or professional inspection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AA General Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on reports, vehicle damage, or personal injury.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
